Rotary Club of Lake Spivey Helps Clayton County Libraries

By GINA SIMPSON Atlanta Journal-Constitution Published on: 03/08/07 The Lake Spivey Rotary Club recently donated $1,250 to the Clayton County Library Foundation to be used to purchase furniture for new computers for the Morrow Branch of the Clayton County Library System. Clayton County Commission Chairman Eldrin Bell and Rotary President Reda Rowell made the presentation to Library Board members Paddy Sharma and Brenda Morant. Director of Library Services, Carol Stewart, accepted the donation and spoke to the club about the recent progress the library system has made to provide additional public use computers and electronic resources for county residents.
