Welcome to Spivey Ridge

Welcome to the Spivey Ridge Community. We are conveniently located about a mile west of I-75 at exit 228 (Highway 138), and just north of the I-675 interchange at exit 1 (Stockbridge/Jonesboro). Our neighborhood consists of 105 homes. We are a member of the Lake Spivey Community, which consists of 30 subdivisions in both Henry and Clayton counties. Our property is adjacent to the Lake Spivey subdivision and shares a few holes of their golf course. We take pride in our homes, as well as in having a close-knit community.
